CHP-design is a web application designed to support the feasibility study of CHP and CCHP plants. Through an innovative approach, it allows to quickly outline the energy needs of the user and to evaluate the value of a CHP plant for operative cost reduction and improvement of the environmental footprint.

While the app is fully customizable, it includes preset data of typical applications such as industries, hospitals, sport centres and residential buildings, thus allowing a quick and effective response. Costs and performances of cogenerators and absorption machines are automatically evaluated, along with the benefits expected from Italian regulation (CAR) in order to provide a complete economic analysis of the investment.
